Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you have all the products listed on this website in stock?
A : Yes. All products listed are available in stock, except otherwise stated. Products with ‘ read more ‘ underneath them are out of stock. Products with ‘ add to cart ‘ underneath them are in stock.

 

Q: How do I shop on African Emprezz Beauty Shop?
A: Check the availability of the products we stock on the website and place your order right here on the website by clicking ‘add to cart ‘ underneath the products of interest and proceeding by clicking the cart sign on top of the page and filling out the contact forms.

 

Q: How do I get my items after placing my orders?
A: We will make your items ready for pick at our pick up location in Accra, at Asylum Down ( Pre – ordered items only ). We will contact you, as soon as your order is ready for pick up or you can have it delivered to you at any location of choice for a fee. If you wish for delivery,  please choose home/office delivery as a shipping option at checkout.

Pick up is offered  between the hours of 10am-3pm every Monday, Wednesday & Friday for orders orders that has come in at least a day before any of those days.

Deliveries are offered from Mondays-Fridays.

 

Q: Do you do deliveries?
A: Yes. We do deliveries nationwide. Kindly contact us with your location and we will inform you about the delivery cost.

 

Q: What payment options are available?
A: You pay for your items when you pick them up at our pick up location. For items that have to be delivered, you need to do payment through mtn mobile money transfer or bank transfer before your items will be sent out for delivery. We will provide you with the payment details ( mtn mobile money number and bank details) upon request. Please note that all  orders that are not fulfilled/ completed after 2 business days will automatically be cancelled.
